At TMC Fine Jewellers, we want you to cherish every piece you purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all unworn items. Each piece must be returned in its original packaging with all certification documents included to ensure a seamless processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team at support@tmcfinejewellers.com with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Your Shipment

  Place your jewellery in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
